Since the Partners have this hands on approach, they provide relationship building leadership with clients so that team members can understand how to work well with all client types, which is extremely valuable for professional development. Because of this open style, the team can also have input and consultation in the Practice’s decisions making processes on management and training issues.
Each practice has a strong focus on team training and sharing of responsibilities. This translates into being able to develop direct relationships with Clients and to be counted on to manage the workflow for Client files. As well as a greater exposure to different Client types, team members understand and participate in more practice management processes such as lodgements, invoicing and office technology.
In short, you are able to work on a project from beginning to end, get greater exposure and so acquire greater experience.
