We are able to assist with the establishment of not-for-profit organisations, including assessing the charitable or not-for-profit status of the entity, helping register with state and federal agencies and providing advice in regard to the correct structure of the entity as well as advice on funds received from deductible gift recipient status. Ongoing assistance includes cashflow and project expense monitoring. We can also provide audit services through our associations where needed.
